Self defence competition – Scotland v England!

Well Done to all the students who took part in the self-defence competition on Sunday 14th March,  in York .  Our students demonstrated the true spirit of Martial arts as they carried out their defence routines before a panel of judges. Several of our students shone through and won trophy’s and medals, John Wilson came 2nd and Keith Little  3rd in the 40+ section,  Jason Shepherd came 3rd in the 20 -40 section, Jason also received an award for displaying the true spirit of martial arts throughout the competition. Tamsin Budge came 2nd and Ewan Allen came 3rd in the 11 -13 section. Cameron Yourston came 2nd in the 8-10 section. John Wilson chief instructor would like to offer an additional award to James O’Donnell for his improvement since the last competition. Well done again to everyone who took part.
